Accessibility arrangements at the Shalom Jerusalem Hotel
The Hotel Shalom Jerusalem works extensively to make its services accessible to all people, including people with disabilities, with the aim of providing a service experience that meets their unique needs.
The hotel operates in accordance with accessibility regulations - equal rights regulations for people with disabilities (service accessibility adjustments), and is accompanied by an external advisory company in order to meet all requirements and regulations.

The hotel's home website is accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (service accessibility adjustments).
The hotel has 3 double rooms, accessible to accommodate people with disabilities, a bathroom with a shower and bathing assist facilities, wheelchair accessibility to the room and bathroom.
The entrance to the hotel and public areas are accessible to all people. The hotel has a wheelchair, which is provided on request. If an extra wheelchair is needed you can rent through "Yad Sarah" for a deposit.
The hotel also has several kits and utilities for people with disabilities.
On the dining room floor and in the pool area, our guests can find standard disabled toilets.
We also have 5 accessible parking spaces (2 for a high car, 3 for a regular vehicle), based on availability.
